For December bookings, we require full payment when making the booking as we are extremely busy over the December Holiday period. We can unfortunately not confirm a booking without payment, as we are fully committed to keeping your cat, thus we need full commitment from our clients that they will show up. Please do inspection before making any payments.

Refund Policy:
If Cancelled more than 21 Days before arrival -> The full booking amount minus 10% admin fee Refunded
21 days - 7 days -> We retain 50% of the FULL booking amount
7 days - 0 days / Not arriving -> No Refund
